We had never heard of Jai Curtis or Curtis Constructions till we were looking at tiles.   At that stage we had decided on the bathroom plan we wanted, and as a weight bearing wall had to be removed knew we needed a builder to carry out the work.  Jai’s reputation preceded him as we heard favourable comments about him and his crew from some local suppliers as we looked at PC items.  After personal recommendations we went to the web site then contacted him.

Jai responded immediately and from our initial meeting his enthusiasm for our plan was obvious.  We were impressed by his attitude and honest approach, especially during demolition of the old bathroom when unforseen ‘problems’ became apparent.  He was quick to inform us, explain the consequences and assure us all would be dealt with appropriately.  Throughout the build communication was excellent and not once did he neglect to inform us of schedules or tradesmen who would be on site each day.  He was approachable at all times and dealt with all matters in a friendly whilst professional manner.

We have nothing but praise for his crew who worked on our site.  They were a great bunch of guys, reliable and respectful of our property.  Their combined effort and skill has resulted in our beautiful bathroom, with its superb finish.  We couldn’t have wished for more.     

We owe Jai and his team at Curtis a great deal of thanks for transforming our plan into a reality and wouldn’t hesitate in giving them our highest recommendation.

As you are aware we were extremely particular when it came to selecting the right professionals to do this work, and after interviewing numerous construction firms, we were impressed initially by your enthuasiasm, but after we got to know you as a builder and a person, we could not recommend you highly enough in the future.

Jai Curtis project managed a major upgrade to the rear of our home that included replacing privacy screens, removing old decking and laying tiles as well as installing new glass balustrades. Jai and his team were the utmost proffesionals, and successfully created the Taj Mahal of garden sheds for us!
