Bathroom Renovations - Where to Start?

Often the thought of taking on a renovation to your bathroom can be a little overwhelming. You may have an idea in your head about what you want it to look like, the general colours you think will accomplish your goals for this room and perhaps a change in the layout of the room. Many people are daunted by the thought of entrusting the task to tradesmen and you might find that you would like to do the renovation yourself. Wherever you start out and no matter what your goals are for your bathroom renovation, there are a few things that will get you started on your wonderful journey of transforming your bathroom.

1. You really should consult a professional in the industry. Look on the web at locals in your area and look at their portfolio. If they don't have many completed jobs or the jobs they have completed don't seem up to your standards, walk away immediately. You need to know beyond a shadow of a doubt that the job is going to be done properly as you are probably going to live with the consequences for a while. Look at our portfolio page, this will give you a good standard to hold other professionals against.

2. Look through images on the internet of other bathroom renovations, and go looking at bathroom supply and tiling outlets and start imagining what you want your new bathroom to look like. Look through our extensive bathroom portfolio and ask Jai to come out and give you a quote. He has done so many bathroom renovations and has wonderful creativity, he may just give you an idea that makes all the difference.
